Jake O'Driscoll is the black belt head instructor at Essence Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Perth, Australia.
Best known for coaching Adele Fornarino to her incredible double gold victory at ADCC 2024, Jake works with elite and aspiring Jiu-Jitsu athletes around the world.
Outside of coaching, Jake is also known as an accomplished competitor himself, with significant victories to his name including the 2024 Pan Pacific Nogi Heavyweight Championship in Masters 1.
Jake specializes in helping Jiu-Jitsu competitors cross the bridge from good to great, and works with athletes to bring out their true potential.
